Tijdens het uitpakken van wat dozen afgelopen week kwam ik een CD-tje, Best of 2003. Ik hou van mixtapes en ik vind dat het met mixtapes hetzelfde is als met een goede bourgogne, they get better with age.
Dus ik stopte het CD-tje in de CDspeler in m’n auto, en zoals verwacht, I’m hooked. 2003 was een vrolijk muziekjaar. Valt het jullie ook op, ik heb alleen maar nummers gezongen door meiden op m’n CD-tje staan. Niet echt een mix dus, maar daarom niet minder leuk.
En terwijl ik luister naar de nummers tijdens mijn autoritjes, word ik mee terug genomen naar 2003. Het jaar dat ik veertien werd, m’n weblog begon, voor het eerst verliefd werd (op een gladde Italiaan waar ik niet tegen durfde te praten, maar toch!). Het jaar waarin ik m’n eerste bijbaantje had (bloemen op een lopende band leggen) en eh… ja heel erg veel meer.
En kennen jullie deze muziek nog? Vonden jullie 2003 ook een fijn jaar?
