Voor de show stuurde ik al een tweet de wereld in met ‘zit front row bij show Hunkemoller, hoeveel van mijn mannelijke volgers willen met me ruilen?’ veel, zo bleek. Dus speciaal voor jullie, front row foto’s.
De Hunkemoller show was de leukste show die ik tot nu toe gezien heb in mijn AIFW carrière. En het begon al gelijk spetterend, met bruidslingerie! Wauw! Vanaf S/S 2012 zal Hunkemoller ook bruidslingerie gaan verkopen! Nogmaals, wauw! Wat ik nog meer zag? Nude tinten, op Brigitte Bardot geinspireerde lieve katoenen setjes, knalroze en bloemetjes. De lingerie was niet alleen prachtig, de meisjes waren ook stuk voor stuk mooi! Golvende, zwierende haren en mooie felgekleurde lippen. Ze straalden allemaal en paradeerden als bijna volleerd Victoria’s Secret modellen over de Catwalk.
Na de lingerie finale verraste een swingende Braziliaanse drumband het publiek, ik had eigenlijk het idee dat de show was afgelopen, maar niets bleek minder waar, er was nog een show met badmode! Erg veel knallende kleuren, mooie dierlijke prints, bloemen en GLITTERS! Alles geïnspireerd op het land van de bikini, Brazil! Tropical, Copacabana, Animal, Jungle & Glits & Glamour. Op muziek van Beyonce liepen de alweer zulke mooie meisjes over de catwalk. Dit keer met mooie natuurlijke make-up en de haren alsof ze net uit de zee gestapt waren. Fabulous! De finale met Kim Feenstra als Leading Lady maakte het af.
