Ongelooflijk, ik ben officieel over de helft.. En het kost amper meer moeite. Okee als m’n zusjes cupcakes bakt en het hele huis naar cakejes ruikt dan verlang ik er wel naar. Als ik bisque (kreeftensoep) ruik dan ga ik ook bijna stuiteren, maar verder.. het begint een beetje ‘normaal’ te worden.
Iets waar ik heel erg gelukkig mee ben, ik heb eigenlijk helemaal geen buikpijn meer. Wel nog een beetje van de ongesteldheid, maar ik bedoel die verschrikkelijke opgezette buik en de flatulentheid.. totaal verdwenen?! Dat had ik dagelijks, van ’s ochtends vroeg tot ’s avonds laat en nu.. NIKS meer. Fantastisch toch?
Bewijs dat het voor mij echt geen manier is om af te vallen.. Ik ben in de afgelopen elf dagen een kleine kilo afgevallen en dat terwijl ik ook vrijwel iedere dag heb hardgelopen. Vet percentage is ook iets gedaald, maar ook nog steeds prima gezond. Vochtpercentage is iets gestegen en dat mocht ook wel want dat was wel iets aan de lage kant. Als ik mijn weegschaal mag geloven natuurlijk, want ik vertrouw zo’n apparaat dus niet (daarom gebruik ik dat duivelse ding ook vrijwel nooit!). Maar ik vind het toch interessant voor dit ‘experiment’ om het in de gaten te houden.
