Hardlopen heb ik deze week niet zoveel gedaan. Slechts twee keer, maar een van die keren heb ik wel elf kilometer gelopen en daar ben ik nog steeds wel een beetje trots op. Maar weet je wat het met mij is, ik ben gewoon een beetje een mooi weer loper. Ik ga ook echt een big ass problem hebben als het over acht weken op zondag slecht weer is, want dan haal ik die halve marathon natuurlijk nooit. Kijk met een beetje miezer wil ik het er nog wel op wagen, maar als het stormt en regent ben ik toch echt niet zo sportief om m’n hardloopschoenen te pakken.
Eerlijk gezegd kwam het me wel goed uit dat het wat minder weer was, kon ik tenminste een beetje rust nemen met m’n pijntjes in m’n benen. Dat zou ik anders niet gedaan hebben. Ik ben woensdag naar de dokter geweest en die heeft me naar de fysio door verwezen. De pijn in m’n heup is waarschijnlijk afkomstig uit m’n rug en die in m’n knie/scheenbeen heb ik waarschijnlijk opgelopen doordat ik mijn voeten verkeerd neerzet. Ik loop op m’n tenen, ik weet niet waarom, maar dat is fout en dat wist ik al lang, maar zo loop ik nu eenmaal het lekkerst (op de korte termijn dan.. zo blijkt maar weer!). Niet zo trots op mezelf.
M’n huisarts heeft me gelijk een verwijsbriefje voor een diëtist gegeven. Maandag 24 janauri heb ik m’n intake gesprek, ik ben benieuwd. Ik hoop dat ze me wat richtlijnen kan geven, wat wel en niet kan. Want ik heb me deze week weer wat meer verdiept in het onderwerp suiker, maar ik kan door de bomen het bos niet meer zien. Je kunt het beste zo puur natuur mogelijk eten, maar een rawfood dieet komt er bij mij van ze lang zal ze leven niet in! Nog voor geen dag! Er zijn zo weinig producten hier in huis waar helemaal geen suiker in verwerkt is. Het wordt tijd dat ik zelf m’n eten in de supermarkt ga kopen (niets ten nadelen van m’n mama, maar zij hoeft zich niet aan een suikervrij dieet te houden en eet dan ook gewoon lekker normale pasta in plaats van volkoren, terwijl normale pasta zich vrijwel direct in alleen maar suikers in je lichaam omzet! Om maar even een voorbeeldje te geven.)
Goed het was een week van teleurstellingen en mogelijkheden, laat ik me maar vooral focussen op die laatsten, want aan teleurstellingen heb je natuurlijk helemaal niks. Vandaag gaat m’n derde week in en die wordt fabuleuzer dan fabuleus!
(Oh en ik pas m’n French Connecion paillettenrok eindelijk! Wat een beetje hardlopen al niet voor de heupen doet!)
