Allereerst een super gelukkig, sprankelend, gezond, rijk, liefdevol en fashionable 2011! Ik hoop dat jullie allemaal een fijne jaarwisseling gehad hebben, dat er geen vuurwerkgerelateerde-ongelukken gebeurd zijn en dat de kater en het tekort aan slaap niet al te heftig zijn.
Het is nu 2011, een nieuw jaar, een nieuwe ronde, met nieuwe kansen. Ook al scheelt het dan misschien maar een dagje met de 31ste, voor mij voelt vandaag echt alsof ik opnieuw kan beginnen. Niet dat dat echt nodig is, maar natuurlijk zijn er ook dit jaar weer dingen die ik graag nog beter zou willen doen. En laten we het jaar, net als vorig jaar, beginnen met een fijn januari project!!
Mijn voornemens voor januari? Here we go:
– Mijn toegevoegde-suiker-inname reduceren tot het absolute minimum. Niet omdat ik nou zo graag wil afvallen, maar gewoon omdat ik heb gemerkt dat ik niet gelukker wordt van suiker. Als ik begin, kan ik vaak niet meer stoppen en na te veel suiker heb ik knallende koppijn en spendeer ik mijn dag eigenlijk liever in bed. M’n mama gaf me niet voor niets vroeger alleen maar suikervrije snoepjes (en dan nog heel weinig) en appelsap aangelengd met water, werd er vroeger al beroerd van. Maar goed dan wordt je een puber, krijg je meer vrijheden en dan vergeet je dat. Ik wil wel eens zien of ik een maand zonder suiker kan. Ik mag natuurlijk nog wel een stukje taart op een verjaardag, maar geen suiker of caramel in de cappuccino, geen lading cupcakes, geen zak winegums en al helemaal geen M&M’s.
– Het hardlopen weer oppakken. Een paar maanden geleden zei ik nog dat ik de halve marathon van Den Haag in maart wilde lopen, maar na een maandje intensief hardlopen bloedde ook dat voornemen een beetje dood. Of het heel erg realistisch is om in 2,5 maand fit te zijn voor een marathon, weet ik niet, maar ik heb zo’n idee van ‘als ik maar in mezelf geloof en er 100% voor ga, dan komt het wel goed.
– Minder kleding kopen. Ik heb erg veel, weet niet eens hoe ik het allemaal mee moet gaan nemen als ik dit jaar het huis ga verlaten, ik heb eigenlijk best wel even genoeg. Ik ga niet Cold Turkey, want zo erg is het nou ook weer niet met me gesteld, maar ik moet wel minderen. Misschien wat minder investeren in een collectie H&Mjurkjes en wat meer in blijvende (misschien iets duurdere) stukken.
– Minder bank- (of in mijn geval bed-) hangen. Éen aflevering Gilmore Girls per dag is heus genoeg, films kun je ook gewoon één keer kijken en honderd keer per dag dezelfde site vernieuwen heeft ook geen zin. Dus. Nog net iets productiever zijn dan de laatste maanden van 2010.
Het zijn er vier, niet zo veel dus, maar daardoor wel wat realistischer. Ik probeer jullie natuurlijk dagelijks, of misschien semi-dagelijks, op de hoogte te houden van het wel en wee van m’n project. En voel je vooral vrij om mij op m’n donder te geven als ik mijn voornemens niet na leef. Jullie zijn mijn digitale-spreekwoordelijke-stokken achter de deur!

Gezond zal het mijne niet worden (fibromyalgie), maar ik wil ook gaan hardlopen!

Ik heb 2 weken zonder suiker geprobeerd te leven, omdat ik wel benieuwd was wat het met een lichaam doet. Aangezien iedereen verslaafd is aan suiker;) Nou dat heb ik geweten, de eerste week had ik knallende koppijn en voelde ik me vrij futloos. Maar de tweede week voelde ik me kiplekker en had zelfs geen snack-trek meer!
Helaas is er een moment geweest (iets met chocolade en slagroom) dat het mis ging hahaha! Maar het nieuwe jaar ga ik ook proberen te minderen, niet radicaal te stoppen, gewoon wat minder!
Oja ik heb nog een tip: agave siroop. Dat kun je bij de biologische supermarkt kopen, is nog zoeter dan suiker maar volledig verantwoord, lekker voor in de thee of yoghurt!

Inhoudsloos en onsamenhangend, maar het trekt genoeg lezers en daar doe je het waarschijnlijk voor. Die filmpjes werken ook niet echt mee aan jezelf als serieus op de kaart te zetten. Ik vind ze erg kinderachtig en zinloos. Niet nodig dus. Houd jij het maar bij geschreven blogs (maar dan wel zonder spelfouten!).
