Iedere ochtend, na m’n halve grapefruit of glaasje citroensap, maak ik een shitload met fruit schoon, gooi het in de blender met een klein beetje half volle melk erbij (soja durf ik nog niet zo goed.. vraag me niet waarom) en met één knop op de knop, ben ik twintig seconde later een heerlijk sapje rijker (evenals een heleboel vitaminen en een ontbijtje wat me tenminste de eerste twee uur van de dag heerlijk vult!)
Ik wil nooit mee iets anders :)
