Het afschuwelijke behang wat op een paar muren zat was gelukkig heel makkelijk los te trekken en ik moet zeggen dat ik behang scheuren het leukste van alle klusjes vond. Leuker dan verven, want dat is dus niks voor mij. Ik gooi verf op de vloer, wat natuurlijk helemaal niet uitmaakt want we waren heus wel zo slim om plastic neer te leggen, maar als je daarna met je voeten in die verf gaat staan, ja.. dat is niet zo handig.
De slaapkamer is gewit en de achtermuur (die appeltjesgroen geglazuurd was) wordt grijs. Maar die glazuur die over die muur heen lag heeft ons niet heel erg geholpen, daar pakt natuurlijk helemaal niks op. Maar schuren kon ook niet, want dan zou de structuur van de muur verloren gaan. Dilemma’s, dilemma’s, maar het komt vast goed.
We aten Thais met Lindsey en Thomas, sloten de televisie aan (die overigens op een interim TV-meubel staat) en dronken er een glaasje op, zoals het hoort!
En nu weer kei hard aan de bak!
