Ik hou absoluut van mezelf verwennen met lekkere lunches. ’s Avonds hou ik van makkelijk, maar ’s middags leg ik mezelf graag culinair in de watten (’s avonds ook wel hoor, maar dan laat ik dat iemand anders doen!) Dit is een van mijn nieuwste verslavingen. Een salade met avocado, appel en een heel klein beetje yogonaise. Heerlijk, met een egg-white omelet. Super healthy, super delicious!
