Zo maakte ik zaterdag al de pasta die ik gisteren at, schreef ik mijn blog van gisteren zaterdagnacht om half twee nadat ik klaar was met werken (wat ik overigens nu weer doe) en eet ik iedere dag dezelfde salade, bij gebrek aan fantasie, ingrediënten en tijd om wat anders te bedenken (en omdat ‘ie gewoon heel erg lekker is natuurlijk).
En met zo’n strakke planning en een klein beetje extra inspanning, kon ik gisteren dus gewoon dat half uurtje hardlopen en kon ik zelfs m’n ouders nog eventjes een paaskusje brengen voordat ik naar m’n werk ging. Ik bedoel maar, alles kan!
Wat ik heb gegeten:
8.30u Citroenwater
9.30u Smoothie Spinazie / Blauwe Bes
11.30u Pasta met tomaten/basilicum saus
15.00u Amandelen/Hazelnoten/Cranberries
17.00u MEGA Best Salad Ever + Drie glutenvrije boterhammen met olijfolie
19.00u Banaan
21.00u Raw Food Bar
23.30u Pakje glutenvrije crackers
Blauwe Bes / Spinazie Smoothie
Benodigdheden:
100ml Amandelmelk
Handje Spinazie
75gr Blauwe Bessen
1 Banaan
Ingredienten in de blender, et voila!
Pasta met tomaten/basilicum saus
Benodigdheden:
100gr glutenvrije pasta (bijvoorbeeld Renee Voltaire Henneppasta)
3 tomaten
Handje basilicum
Peper
Zout
Olijfolie
Wel de tomaten in kokend water (tomaten in kokend water, net zo lang totdat het velletje los laat). Haal daarna het velletje eraf en snij het harde gedeelte uit het midden van de tomaat. Doe de tomaat met wat basilicum, peper, zout en een scheutje olijfolie in de blender en blendblendblend! Kook de pasta, doe de saus er overheen, maak gezellig met een paar blaadjes basilicum, et voila!
Oh! Ik ga snel ook weer over andere dingen dan mijn detoxperikelen schrijven hoor, maar het is zoals jullie gelezen hebben en moment un petit peu hectique ;-). Ik werk vandaag weer de hele dag, maar ik hoop.. hoop dat ik dinsdag wat meer tijd heb!
