Ik vind het heerlijk om films te kijken, maar het is niet alleen het verhaal en het acteurs wat voor mij bepaald of de film mijn tijd waard is, het gaat bij ook voor een groot deel om de muziek. Een goede soundtrack kan een film voor mij maken of breken.
Deze nummers zijn allemaal klassiekers, afkomstig uit films die voor mij ook gelden als klassiekers. Zo komen de eerste drie uit The Parent Trap, en laat dat nu mijn eerste ‘favoriete film’ ooit zijn. Ik zag hem toen ik een jaar of acht was, het was m’n eerste echte film (als je de Disney-tekenfilms niet mee rekent!) en deze film moest standaard aan als ik een dagje ziek was, m’n dagje ziek telde zeg maar pas echt als ik deze film gezien had!
Goed genoeg nostalgie, overige nummers komen onder andere uit Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Bridget Jones’ Diary, Freaky Friday en 10 Things That I Hate About You.
