Zoals ik al gezegd had, was m’n koffer voor Berlijn ingepakt voor 18 graden met een waterig zonnetje. In plaats daarvan hadden we de eerste twee dagen wolken, op dag twee zelfs een paar druppels regen en was het gemiddeld zo’n twaalf graden. Op de derde dag steeg het kwik gelukkig al naar zestien graden met een wat beter zichtbaar zonnetje maar ik kan jullie verzekeren, ik heb het koud gehad.
Wat ik nog meer gehad heb? Pijn in m’n voeten! Dag twee was hels. We hebben van negen uur ’s ochtends tot elf uur gelopen, slechts drie keer even het OV gepakt.. ik heb veertien uur lang op die fijne hakken gelopen! Kijk zo hoog zijn ze niet, maar veertien uur, dat was zelfs voor mijn voeten te veel.
Goed nu ga ik iets bekennen waar jullie me voor gaan haten, maar normaal.. als ik wist dat ik pijn in m’n voeten zou gaan krijgen, dan slikte ik ibuprofen. Ja lieve lezers, dat lezen jullie goed en ik zal jullie met mijn hand op m’n hart beloven dat NOOIT meer te doen.

Tip voor je pijn door bijvoorbeeld het (hard)lopen: mocht je echt naar een pijnstiller willen grijpen, neem dan een of twee paracetamol i.p.v. een ibuprofen. Is véél minder schadelijk.

Ondanks dat het gewoon te koop is moet je je er toch bewust van zijn dat het echt niet goed voor je is om ze zo om de haverklap te slikken voor elk pijntje.
Wil je toch een pijnsliller slikken, neem dan iig paracetamol. In het ziekenhuis proberen we indien het mogelijk is ook altijd zo snel mogelijk over te gaan naar de paracetamol.
@Noemi, ja ze worden gewoon verkocht in Nl. Echter is dit belachelijk gezien het feit dat ze behoorlijk schadelijk kunnen zijn en het dus beter is om ze op dokters voorschrift te krijgen. In andere landen worden ze niet verkocht, iets wat ze in nederland ook in willen voeren maar wat waarschijnlijk niet gebeurd.
