Na een ochtend vol stress.. deadline, deadline, deadline.. kwam daar iets voor elven nog een ander stressobject bij.. M’n blog deed het voor de zoveelste keer weer eens niet. Dit keer geen blogspotprobleem, maar m’n doorstuurservice lag er weer eens uit (derde keer dit jaar al!). Het bedrijf waar m’n domeinnaam en m’n hosting geregistreerd staan bleken een helpdesk te hebben die slechts tussen 9.00u en 16.30u op werkdagen bereikbaar is. Hallo? Internet is 24 uur per dag 7 dagen per week , toch? Er waren geen medeslachtoffers traceerbaar en ook op de website van PCextreme was geen melding van een storing te vinden. Ik kreeg het toen toch echt wel een klein beetje benauwd. Maandag om 9.00u vlieg ik namelijk hoogstwaarschijnlijk ergens boven Europa.
Maar na vriendelijke doch dringende telefoontjes naar een telefoonnummer waar alleen iemand aanwezig was van een ander hostingbedrijf en die er dus niks van af wist en niks anders kon doen dan de mensen van mijn bedrijf waarschuwen, en een paar mails kreeg ik een paar uur later van een twittervolgster het verlossende bericht, je site doet het weer! Yes.
En om dat te vieren.. maakte ik een ananas schoon, deed ik hem in de blender en legde ik het mengsel een klein uurtje in de vriezer en wat heb je dan? De meest pure en gezonde ananas sorbet die je je maar kunt voorstellen.
Eigenlijk ben ik allergisch voor ananas, ik krijg van ananas, net als van appels, amandelen, groene kiwi’s, te veel tomaat en nog wat andere voedingsmiddelen bultjes rond en in m’n mond. Een kriebelende neus, soms zelfs lucht te kort. Maar met een allergiepilletje en nadat het in de vriezer geweest is (vraag me niet waarom?) heb ik er gewoon helemaal geen last meer van. Oooh en gelukkig maar want dit is echt verschrikkelijk lekker! Tip!
