Gisteravond had ik helemaal geen honger, ik had ’s middags geluncht bij de Japanner en een hoeveelheid sushi en noodles weggewerkt alsof m’n leven er vanaf hing. ’s Avonds hoefde ik alleen voor eten voor mezelf te zorgen, dus niemand die zou gaan jammeren dat een salade geen maaltijd is.
Mijn rucola salade met gerookte zalm, cherrytomaatjes, kastanjechampignons en zowel caesardressing en citrusvinagraitte was goddelijk.
Als heerlijk snackje at ik een salade van gemarineerd zeewier, gewoon kant en klaar gekocht bij de Albert Heijn (te vinden op de visafdeling). Ik vind de smaak van gemarineerd zeewier zo lekker dat ik zeker weet dat ik chocolade voor goed op zou geven als ik heel de dag zeewier zou mogen eten.
En weet je wat nou zo verschrikkelijk fijn is aan zeewier, het is een superfood. Het stimuleert de vetverbranding, het is vochtafdrijvend, onstekingsremmend, ik heb zelfs ergens gelezen dat zeewier er voor zorgt dat je lichaam 75% minder vet opneemt..
