Ik ben druk, dat hadden jullie vast al door.. het is niet meer echt Annemerel-esque om zomaar twee-en-een-halve dag te zwijgen. Het spijt me dan ook verschrikkelijk. Maar ik vind dat mijn ‘druk druk druk’ excuus best wel passend is.
Ik werkte vorige week 64 uur, herschreef mijn scriptie, beoordeelde Laura’s scriptie, volgde twee colleges, had een meeting over een opdracht, las 200 bladzijde in mijn geschiedenisboek, had een lunchdate met Laura en probeerde tussendoor ook nog even adem te halen.
Ook deze week belooft weer druk te worden. Gister was mama jarig en iedereen die mijn twitter volgt weet wat voor stress dat allemaal heeft opgeleverd. Ik moest hals over kop naar de stad voor een cadeau omdat mijn vader daar geen tijd voor had gehad (ik had wel een cadeautje hoor!), ik moest boodschappen doen en koken (wat ik zonder mijn vriend echt nooit had kunnen doen.. ik gooide de pasta in koud water) en heb ’s avonds alle mogelijke moeite gedaan om mijn broertje te bereiken omdat hij mijn moeder vergat te bellen om haar te feliciteren.
Vandaag is mijn zusje jarig en had ik weer college in Amsterdam, daarna had ik een exciting meeting @ I Love Fashion News (stay tuned…) en ben daarna naar huis geracet voor het feestje van mijn zusje. We aten spareribs, patat en brownietaart, mijn buik staat op ontploffen, maar ik hou mezelf maar voor dat je van twee schransdagen nog niet dik wordt.
En nu is het alweer half elf en wil ik eigenlijk naar bed omdat ik aan chronisch slaapgebrek lijd. Of nou ja aan slaap geen gebrek, ik krijg het alleen niet zoveel de laatste tijd. Vroeg naar bed dus, want morgenochtend vroeg ga ik met mijn mama naar Amsterdam om mijn verjaardagscadeau uit te zoeken bij TIFFANY’S. Ach, ik word zo verwend :)
Slaap lekker lieve lezers en ik beloof tussen alle bedrijven door toch nog zoveel mogelijk blogs te produceren!

Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!†To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!â€
